Step 2 of 2: Your Contract & Direct Debit Mandate I am placing an order for broadband service from Nova Broadband. I am familiar with the pricing and other details of the product I have ordered, as published on the Nova Broadband website. I agree to the 6 month minimum contract period and agree to pay Nova Broadband the setup fee before installation and subscriptions monthly in advance. I acknowledge that all orders and prices are subject to verification and/or survey. I understand that I will not be queued for installation until my direct debit mandate is completed and payment for installation is received. I accept that if my link does not support the speed ordered I will be offered, on request, a downgrade to a lower speed package. I accept that the speeds quoted are "up to" speeds and indicate the maximum speed attainable but are not guaranteed. I understand that the service I am purchasing provides broadband to my building, no guarantees can be made about WIFI coverage beyond this point. I accept that the demarcation for the broadband service is the LAN port on the POE device or wall socket and that support up to this point only will be provided. I understand that wifi coverage and performance at my premises is beyond the control of Nova Broadband and will not be supported. I accept that this order is subject to a final site survey and that service may not be available (in which case I will be issued with a full refund of the installation fee) I understand that by ordering this product I am entering into a 6 month contract with Nova Broadband (Void if your installation is not completed) I agree to the terms and conditions at www.novabroadband.ie/terms. I have read the standard installation guide. I have checked the call rates page. I accept that non standard set up may cost extra. The amounts and dates will be by prior notification only. I shall inform the bank in writing if I wish to cancel this instruction and will inform Nova Broadband of any service cancellation in writing at least 30 days in advance of cessation of the service. I understand that if any direct debit is paid which breaks the terms of this instruction, the bank will make a refund.
